1. Service Agreement
Our cleaning services are provided as per your booking request. By making a booking, you confirm the accuracy of the information provided and agree to our pricing and scope of service.

2. Booking & Payment
All bookings can be made online, via phone, or email.

Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or special requests not included in the original quote.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

A cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Refunds are only issued under reasonable dissatisfaction and after review by management.

4. Service Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours and we will revisit the issue at no extra cost.

5. Liability
We are fully insured. However, Shine Bond Clean is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Items not secured before service

Damages caused by faulty fixtures/appliances

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
